What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation unless the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
Do you have a restaurant and do I need to reserve a table?
Our restaurant is located within the Bettyhill Hotel. Guests staying overnight do not need to reserve a place and a suitable time for dinner can be allocated upon arrival. Non-residential guests are advised to check availability beforehand to avoid disappointment as the restaurant can become very busy during the summer.
Is there parking?
The Bettyhill Hotel has a large car park which is free to park your vehicle on. Please note, we do not allow campervans to park overnight unless you have reserved a room within the hotel.
How do I make a booking?
All bookings can be made through our website where the latest prices and availability can also be found (follow link here). Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions.
Do you allow dogs in your restaurant?
Dogs are welcome at the Bettyhill Hotel, providing they are well behaved and are not a threat to other people. Please note that a small surcharge will apply which can be added through our online booking system. The hotel management reserve the right to refuse entry of pets at their discretion.
Do you offer large group bookings?
The Bettyhill welcomes large group bookings. We recommend that you contact the hotel directly to check availability and discuss any special requirements.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Payment will be taken within 7 days of arrival (once the free cancellation period ends). Debit / Credit card details are required to secure and pay for the booking (no money will be withdrawn when placing a booking). Please note that we do not accept cheques.
Can you securely store bicycles?
The Bettyhill Hotel can provide secure storage on site, where push bikes can be stored overnight free of charge.
