What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation unless the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
How do I make a booking?
All bookings can be made through our website where the latest prices and availability can also be found (follow link here). Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions.
Do I need to pay upfront?
All payments are made on departure. Debit / Credit card details are only required to secure the booking (no money will be withdrawn when placing a booking). Please note that we do not accept cheques.
Do you have a restaurant and do I need to reserve a place?
The Eilean Neave restaurant is located within the Bettyhill Hotel and serves high quality food. Guests staying overnight do not need to reserve a place. Non-residential guests are advised to check availability beforehand to avoid disappointment as the restaurant can become very busy during the summer.
Do you allow dogs in your hotel?
Dogs are welcome at the Bettyhill Hotel, providing they are well behaved and are not a threat to other people. Please note that a small surcharge will apply which can be added through our online booking system. The hotel management reserve the right to refuse entry of pets at their discretion.
Can you securly store my push bike?
The Bettyhill Hotel can provide secure storage on site, where push bikes can be stored overnight free of charge.
Is parking free?
The Bettyhill Hotel has a large car park which is free to park your vehicle on.
Do you offer family rooms?
The Bettyhill Hotel has two family rooms. If an additional bed is required for an extra person then this can be arranged at additional cost. Cots can be provided free of charge. Please check for availability with the hotel.
Do you offer large group bookings?
The Bettyhill welcomes large group bookings. We recommend that you contact the hotel directly to check availability and discuss any special requirements.
